studies Marketing at University of Adelaide. Chau then landed an internship at Ignition Immersive as a Marketing Intern.

I was placed at Ignition Immersive, a VR production studio based in Melbourne Australia, as a marketing intern. Ignition Immersive work alongside clients to create VR scenarios and productions to achieve company objectives such as training.

During my time as an intern, I assisted their commercial director with trade material asset research, creating creative and marketing briefs for projects amongst other marketing tasks.

I think my internship at Ignition Immersive showed me which pathway in marketing I would be interested in, e.g fashion client based marketing. It will also position me as a more experienced entry level marketer. This will help me look for work post graduation.

ABI prepared me for a future in marketing by improving my resume, teaching me the fundamentals of being an intern and connecting me with potential employers. Overall, their eagerness to support students in the internship process has been extremely helpful.
