Every participant is provided comprehensive support throughout the program. We assign two dedicated coordinators to each participant:
-
Program Coordinator: The Program Coordinator supports the participant with the program from start to finish by checking in with the curriculum, the interview and placement process, and the internship itself.
-
In City Coordinator: We provide a dedicated coordinator in each destination to facilitate an in-city orientation for all new-comers, host monthly private events with the participants, and serve as an emergency contact.
