Justin is a Richmond, VA native; home of incredible talent, but limited entertainment opportunities. He learned that resourcefulness would be the key to his success, since a direct career path was not available. At Virginia Commonwealth University, he double majored in Organizational Psychology and Theater, with a minor in Creative Writing.
After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles, CA, and immediately enrolled in UCLA Extension’s Business & Management of Entertainment certificate program. This enabled him to tap into the internship opportunities needed to enter the LA entertainment community. He interned with a Talent Agency and a Development Production Company. In 2016 he began working at Warner Bros. Studio, where he served as Studio Operations Client Manager, overseeing all production filming on the studio lot.
