DAY IN A LIFE OF A BRAND STRATEGIST INTERN

Check out below as our participant Kiera breaks down her day-to-day as a Brand Strategy intern at a New York creative agency, Code & Theory.
1. CONSUMER RESEARCH
I conduct a lot of targeted competitive market and business research and suggest recommendations based on my findings. It's really important to know our clients' objectives and requirements for the projects.
2. DEVELOPING CAMPAIGN STRATEGY
Strategy is key! I do a lot of strategic findings and translate them into creative briefs, for our clients' product launches and rebrands. I also determine the channels where the brand lives, and how we should target based on the audience.
3. BUILDING DECKS FOR CLIENTS
One of the best parts is that I got to be involved in designing decks and presentations for clients! I’ve worked on projects for Amazon, Adidas, Mars, J&J, and more before even having graduated—not too bad for an intern!
