Meet Chloe!
Chloe is a Graphic Design student at the University of Mississippi who joined the ArtBound Initiative program and completed a Graphic Design internship at ReflexGroup in New York City. ReflexGroup is a global creative agency specializing in branding, design, and digital strategy. The agency works with clients across industries to craft innovative campaigns and visual identities that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Could you describe what your day-to-day looks like at ReflexGroup?
As an intern, my daily tasks included designing brand identities and pitch decks, selecting imagery for mood boards, creating Photoshop renderings and mockups for campaigns, and developing concepts for client activations. I also designed assets for luxury brand campaigns, contributed to brainstorming sessions, and reviewed pitch decks to ensure every detail was accurate and presentation-ready before they went to clients.
How do you think this internship will impact your career?
I learned so much more during my 3 month internship than I have in a semester's worth of school. It was so rewarding learning and understanding how the professional field works by giving me insight as to how my life could look, what to expect, and what to focus on leading up to graduation.
In what way did ArtBound Initiative helped you the most?
Along with the whole helping me get an amazing internship, it was super helpful always having someone to reach out to! I really enjoyed being able to share updates about my internship and ask questions if I had any. It gave me a sense of peace knowing there was always someone I could turn to if needed!
