How would you describe your day-to-day at MINT Showroom?
During my internship, I rotated between two roles as a wholesale intern and an e-commerce intern, which gave me exposure to very different working environments. I gained hands-on experience assisting during market week and keeping the showroom organized and presentable, while also developing more technical and detail-oriented skills through my work with the e-commerce team. Together, these experiences helped me better understand how behind-the-scenes operations are managed across different departments.
Being able to experience both the casual showroom environment and the more structured e-commerce office helped me understand how different teams operate within the same fashion brand.
How do you think this internship will impact your career?
I gained a clearer understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a fashion brand. Being in a building where multiple teams worked side by side allowed me to observe different roles and learn how departments such as wholesale, e-commerce, and marketing connect with one another.
The experience also helped me confirm that this is a direction I want to continue exploring. Seeing how various teams operate in one space helped me feel more confident and gave me reassurance about my long-term interest in the industry.

In what way did ArtBound Initiative helped you the most?

ArtBound Initiative supported me most in preparing for interviews and refining my resume. Having personalized feedback helped me understand how to present my experience more clearly and professionally, which is something I felt was missing in my academic background.
This support helped me feel more prepared and confident when navigating professional expectations in the fashion industry.
