ABI Profile: Caitlin

graduated from University of Tasmania where she was majoring in Marketing and Management. She did an internship with Milkman in Melbourne in early 2021.

"I did a copywriting and project management internship at the Milkman Agency in Melbourne for three months. My daily tasks consisted of researching and reading various advertising, campaign, and social media websites to keep me updated on trends and current events. I would do this early in the morning before starting my day where I wrote Instagram captions for Milkman’s clients. I also wrote blogs on days that weren’t as busy."

"I was exposed to many other jobs in the creative industry, I was taught how to professionally liaise with clients and manage different projects. This allowed me to be more exposed to on the field tasks like visiting client photo shoots."

"My main responsibilities were helping manage the office, projects and assisting with copywriting for clients."

"This internship has tremendously improved my confidence, prepared me for the workload in a creative agency and shown me the expectations to strive towards. This internship has given me a step up in my career by providing me with real life work that has allow me to grow within Milkman."

"ArtBound has introduced me to amazing people and given me the help I needed to move out of my small town and achieve my bigger dreams in the creative industry. ABI has helped me most in connecting with like-minded individuals in my areas as well as those not local to my area. This is something that I will be able to carry throughout my career."
