ABI Profile: Sarah

Sarah

graduated from Kansas State University with a BFA in Graphic Design and BS in Advertising. Sarah then landed an internship at the NYC-based creative agency, Reflexgroup!

I was placed at ReflexGroup in NYC as a graphic design intern. They create advertising campaigns and promotional events for luxury clients within the luxury, fashion, and beauty industries.

My main tasks as a design intern include: brainstorming for presentations (campaigns, rebrands, and events), creating any assets that are needed for clients (logos, business cards, letterhead, other stationeries), and creating mockups for branding in Adobe Photoshop.

This internship has not only helped me meet other fellow creative people in the industry, but it has given me confidence in my skills as a graphic designer. Especially right after graduation, this internship will benefit me in the future as I can use my experience working with clients and apply that to future projects.
