Abby

is a student studying Business Administration at Flagler College, Florida. Abby then landed an internship at the Production Company, Navia Vision in New York as a Production Intern!

I was placed as a Production Intern with Navia Vision, a boutique production company specializing in photo & video production, runway shows, events and post-production.

A few of my tasks included outreach to studios, makeup artists, stylists, photographers, etc.; handling paperwork such as call sheets, NDA’s, model release contracts, invoices, and the like; building creative decks for clients, assisting on photoshoot sets, and handling production equipment.

ArtBound Initiative most helped me by connecting me to an industry professional to review my resume and portfolio and preparing me for the interview process by reviewing my answers with me prior to my first interview.

This internship with Navia has given me invaluable access to professionals in my preferred industry as well as technical skills and knowledge in production, fashion, and event planning.
